Terms and Conditions – Riggzy Kitchens

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, installation, and servicing of kitchens and related products provided by Riggzy Kitchens. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Services

We offer kitchen design consultation, product supply, and installation services. Details of our products, including dimensions, specifications, and finishes, are provided for guidance and may be subject to minor variations.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. This will be non-refundable for the most part. If you must cancel for whatever reason, a refund will be at Riggzy Kitchens discretion.

For larger jobs we may ask for an interim payment on commencement of works, this information will be detailed on your quotation and invoice. All balances will be due on completion of invoiced works.

4. Delivery and Installation

Delivery timescales will be confirmed upon order. Any installation works will be carried out by qualified professionals. You are responsible for providing clear access to the premises. Additional charges may apply for unforeseen installation issues.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Custom-made items cannot be refunded once production has begun. Standard items may be returned in unused condition within 14 days. Refunds are processed at our discretion and may be subject to restocking fees.

6. Warranty

Our products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. This does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper installation by third parties. We will guarantee our fitting for a maximum of 12 months, after this time we are happy to assist with any issues but charges may apply.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by delays, third-party services, or events beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods or services provided.

8. Privacy

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available upon request or on our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
