1. What does your kitchen showroom offer?

We offer a wide range of kitchen displays, including modern, traditional, and bespoke designs. Our showroom allows you to see different layouts, materials, finishes, and appliances in person, with expert advice available in our showroom.

2. Are you a family-run business?

Yes, we are proud to be a family-run showroom. This means you’ll receive a more personal, hands-on experience with trusted service and attention to detail.


Design & Consultation

3. Do I need to book an appointment to visit the showroom?

Walk-ins are always welcome, but if you are planning on coming into our showroom give us a call in advance so we can ensure we’re fully available for you.

4. Do you offer kitchen design services?

Yes, we offer full design services, including 3D renders and layout planning. Our experienced designers work closely with you to create a kitchen that fits your space, style, and budget.

5. How long does the design process take?

Depending on the complexity of your kitchen, initial designs can be ready within 3–5 business days. Revisions and finalisation typically take 1–2 weeks.

6. What types of kitchens do you offer?

We offer a variety of styles including:

7. Can I choose my own materials and finishes?

Absolutely! We have a wide selection of cabinets, worktops (including quartz, granite, and laminate), doors, handles, and more. You’re welcome to mix and match to suit your taste.


Installation & Delivery

8. Do you provide installation services?

Yes, we offer professional installation by our trusted employed fitter. We also coordinate with other trades like electricians, plumbers, and tilers if needed.

9. Can I purchase a kitchen for DIY installation?

Yes, we offer supply-only kitchens if you prefer to use your own installer or fit it yourself.

10. How long does installation take?

On average, a full kitchen installation takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the job.


Pricing & Payment

11. How much does a new kitchen cost?

Prices vary depending on size, materials, and layout. It really is a case of how long is a piece of string. If you advise a budget of your kitchen we can try and point you in the right direction of materials.

12. Do you offer finance or payment plans?

We take a 50% deposit, 25% on commencement of works and balance on completion.

These can be paid in further installments if required, please discuss options with Zoe in our showroom.

We do also accept credit cards.


Aftercare & Warranty

13. Do your kitchens come with a warranty?

Yes, all our kitchens come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

Specific terms vary depending on the supplier and product. Discuss with us when discussing your kitchen.

14. What happens if there’s a problem after installation?

We stand by our work. If you experience any issues, contact us and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible — that’s part of our family promise.

16. What are your opening hours?

🕒 Monday – Friday 9am-5pm and Saturdays 10am-2.30pm

Kitchen Surveys generally happen around 4:30 and 5pm depending on the work Charlie has booked in.
